Depending upon the current mode, the display can represent several different functions. During normal operation in the Motion mode the Display will indicate possible target ID readings. Approximate Target depth is displayed when Depth reading is activated. And if the programming menu system is active, the display can represent 11 possible sub-menu control functions Discovery Electronics engineers also designed the new 10 inch searchcoil to give excellent stability in high mineral ground without giving up depth. Even though the Millennium Baron II is a high-end top performer, it is still easy-to-use and setup. Operating the Millennium is as simple as turning it on and moving the mode switch to the right position. The detector is now ready to use. The Millennium II has many new features that make it easier to use, as well as several new performance features. With the original Millennium every time you turn it on you had to reset all the controls. Not anymore! You will never have to remember where all the controls were set since the new chip remembers every setting for you.
